Made 4th April 1990
Laid before Parliament 11th April 1990
Coming into force 17th April 1990
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of powers conferred on him by section 5(2) of the Merchant Shipping (Mercantile Marine Fund) Act 1898 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
