  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations.)\nThese Regulations amend the Merchant Shipping (Light Dues) Regulations 1990 (which came into force on 1st April 1990). They provide that ships of 25,000 tons or over which make payments of light dues per voyage are now only required to make payments in respect of one voyage per month (instead of two).",
