Laid before Parliament 10th March 1998
Coming into force 1st April 1998
The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 205(5) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
