  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThis Order amends the Merchant Shipping (Light Dues) Regulations 1997. Apart from minor drafting changes, the amendment provides that vessels engaged solely in harbour maintenance or dredging are exempt from light dues whether or not they are involved in sea defences or land reclamation.",
