# The Merchant Shipping (Light Dues) (Amendment) Regulations 2004, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Light Dues) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 1st April 2004.
