Regulation 2 Amendment of the Merchant Shipping (Light Dues) Regulations 1997

For paragraph 3(1) of Part II of Schedule 2 to the Merchant Shipping (Light Dues) Regulations 1997 f1 there shall be substituted the following—

“(1)

In respect of ships of all other classes, subject to a minimum charge of £60 per voyage, to a maximum charge of £13, 650 per voyage and to paragraph (2) below, the amount of light dues per voyage shall be 39 pence per ton.”.
