# The Merchant Shipping (Load Line) (Amendment) Regulations 2000, Regulation 20


In regulation 12(3), for paragraph (c) there shall be substituted—
“(c) regulations 8 to 11 shall apply in relation to the Exemption Certificate as they apply in relation to an appropriate certificate,”.
