# The Merchant Shipping (Load Line) (Amendment) Regulations 2000, Regulation 39


In regulation 35(6)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for “23(1)” there shall be substituted “ 23(a)”; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for “23(2)” there shall be substituted “ 23(b)”.
