# The Merchant Shipping (Load Line) (Amendment) Regulations 2000, Regulation 40


In regulation 36(1), for sub-paragraph (e) there shall be substituted—
“(e) fail to surrender as directed a certificate required to be surrendered under regulation 11(6); or”.
