  "text": "In regulation 6(5), for “(i) an appropriate certificate;” to the end of paragraph (5) there shall be substituted—\n“(a) in the case of a Convention-size ship, a valid Convention certificate, or\n(b) in the case of any other ship, a United Kingdom Load Line Certificate or a United Kingdom Load Line Exemption Certificate, which is in force in relation to the ship.”.",
