# The Merchant Shipping (Load Line) (Amendment) Regulations 2000, Regulation 8


In regulation 8(1)(b), after “years” there shall be inserted—
“(except where paragraph (2)(a), (5), (6) or (7) of regulation 10 is applicable)”.
