Made 26th October 1990
Laid before Parliament 6th November 1990
Coming into force 27th November 1990
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(1), (4) and (5) of the Merchant Shipping (Load Lines) Act 1967 and now vested in him, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Rules:—
