  "text": "(1) The following provisions of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 are hereby repealed:\n(a) section 89;\n(b) in section 261(4)(a), the words “89 (and Schedule 3),”;\n(c) in section 306(3) the words “paragraph 29 of Schedule 3”; and\n(d) Schedule 3.\n(2) The following Instruments are hereby revoked, namely—\nthe Merchant Shipping (Load Line) (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 1968;\nthe Merchant Shipping (Load Line) Rules 1968;\nthe Merchant Shipping (Load Line) (Length of Ship) Regulations 1968;\nthe Merchant Shipping (Load Line) (Deck Cargo) Regulations 1968;\nthe Merchant Shipping (Load Line) (Exemption) Order 1968;\nthe Merchant Shipping (Load Line) (Amendment) Rule 1970;\nthe Merchant Shipping (Load Line) (Particulars of Depth of Loading) Regulations 1972;\nthe Merchant Shipping (Load Lines Convention) (Various Countries Order) 1977;\nthe Merchant Shipping (Load Line) (Amendment) Rules 1979;\nthe Merchant Shipping (Load Lines Convention) (Countries) Order 1981;\nthe Merchant Shipping (Load Line) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 1990;\nthe Merchant Shipping (Load Line) (Amendment) Rules 1990;\nthe Merchant Shipping (Load Line) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 1991 and\nthe Merchant Shipping (Load Line) Act 1967 (Unregistered Ships) Order 1993.",
