# The Merchant Shipping (Musters and Training) (Amendment) Regulations 1993, Regulation 3


In regulation 3(2) the following proviso shall be added at the end—
“Provided that in the case of ships which are not United Kingdom ships which are not engaged on international voyages the Regulations apply to such ships while they are within a port in the United Kingdom”.
