# The Merchant Shipping (Navigation Bridge Visibility) Regulations 1998, Regulation 7: Exemptions


The Secretary of State may grant, on such terms (if any) as he may specify, exemptions from any provision of these Regulations, and may, on giving reasonable notice, alter or cancel any such exemption.
