# The Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Belize) Order 1975, Article 4


The provisions of Part I and sections 22, 23 and 24 of, and Schedule 1 to the Merchant Shipping Act 1974, subject to the exceptions, modifications and adaptations as set out in Schedule 2 hereto, shall extend to Belize.
