  "text": "MERCHANT SHIPPING\nMade 19th December 1975\nLaid before Parliament 14th January 1976\nComing into Operation 3rd February 1976\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 19th day of December 1975\nPresent,\nThe Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 18(1) of the Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) Act 1971, by section 20(1) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1974 and all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
