# The Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution Compensation Limits) Order 2003, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution Compensation Limits) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 1st November 2003 in relation to occurrences on or after that date.
