# The Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Gibraltar) Order 2004, Article 2: Revocations


The following Orders are hereby revoked—
(a) The Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Gibraltar) Order 1976; and
(b) The Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Gibraltar) (Amendment) Order 1981.
