# The Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Pitcairn) (Amendment) Order 1998, Article 2


In the sections 166(1) and 177(1) set out in the Schedule to the Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Pitcairn) Order 1997 the words “damage done to a ship” shall be replaced by the words “damage done by a ship”.
