  "text": "MERCHANT SHIPPING\nMade 22nd April 1998\nComing into force 23rd April 1998\nAt the Court at Windsor Castle, the 22nd day of April 1998\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 315(2) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 and all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
