  "text": "In section 179 (subrogation)—\n(a) after subsection (1) insert—\n“(1A) In respect of any sum paid by the Supplementary Fund as compensation for pollution damage the Supplementary Fund shall acquire by subrogation any rights in respect of the damage which the recipient has (or but for the payment would have) against any other person.”;\n(b) in subsection (2) after “the Fund” insert “or the Supplementary Fund”.",
