# The Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution)(Pitcairn) Order 1997, Article 4: Revocations


The following Orders, to the extent that they apply to Pitcairn, are hereby revoked—
(a) The Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Overseas Territories) Order 1975;
(b) The Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 1981;
(c) The Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1981; and
(d) The Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 1984.
