# The Merchant Shipping (Polar Code) (Safety) Regulations 2025, Regulation 2: Amendments and revocations


(1) The amendments listed in Part 1 of the Schedule have effect.
(2) The Regulations listed in the first column of the Table in Part 2 of the Schedule are revoked to the extent specified in the third column of that Table.
