  "text": "For regulation 8 there shall be substituted—\n“Report of inspection to the master\n8. On completion of an inspection, a more detailed inspection or an expanded inspection, the inspector shall draw up a report in accordance with the requirements of Annex X of MSN 1775 and a copy of such report shall be provided to the ship’s master.”.",
