# The Merchant Shipping (Revocation) (Bermuda) Order 2002, Article 2


The following Orders are hereby revoked—
(a) The Prevention of Oil Pollution Act 1971 (Bermuda) Order 1980;
(b) The Merchant Shipping (Safety Convention) (Bermuda) Order 1973;
(c) The Merchant Shipping (Safety Convention) (Bermuda) (No 2) Order 1973;
(d) The Merchant Shipping (Load Lines) (Bermuda) Order 1975;
(e) The Merchant Shipping Act 1979 (Bermuda) Order 1980;
(f) The Prevention of Oil Pollution (Enforcement of Convention) (Bermuda) Order 1980;
(g) The Prevention of Oil Pollution (Shipping Casualties) (Bermuda) Order 1980;
(h) The Carriage of Goods by Sea (Bermuda) Order 1982;
(i) The Merchant Shipping (Tonnage) (Bermuda) Order 1998;
(j) The Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Oil Pollution) (Bermuda) Order 1988;
(k) The Merchant Shipping Act 1988 (Bermuda) Order 1991;
(l) The Merchant Shipping (Prevention and Control of Pollution) (Bermuda) Order 1992; and
(m) The Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Bermuda) Order 1997.
