# The Merchant Shipping (Seamen’s Documents) (Amendment) Regulations 1999, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Seamen’s Documents) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 1st January 2000.
