Laid before Parliament 30th January 1989
Coming into force 20th February 1989
The Secretary of State, in exercise of powers conferred by section 58(1) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1970 and now vested in him and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Rules:–
