Rules applied (with modifications) by Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Minimum Requirements for Seafarers etc.) 2014 reg. 38(5)

These Rules may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Section 63 Inquiries) Rules 1997 and shall come into force on 13th March 1997.
