# The Merchant Shipping (Section 63 Inquiries) Rules 1997, Article 3: Application


These Rules apply to any inquiry under section 63 of the 1995 Act, and to any re-hearing of such an inquiry under section 64 of the 1995 Act which is not held by the High Court or the Court of Session.
