# The Merchant Shipping (Training and Certification) Regulations 1997, Regulation 24: Exemptions


The Secretary may exempt the owner of any hovercraft from any of the requirements of regulation 22 above subject to such conditions as he may specify, and may alter or cancel any exemption so granted.
