# Merchant Shipping(Liner Conferences) Act 1982, Paragraph 17


The provisions of article 2, paragraphs 1 to 16 inclusive concern all goods regardless of their origin, their destination or the use for which they are intended, with the exception of military equipment for national defence purposes.
