# The Merger (Fees) Regulations 1990, Regulation 6: Person to whom fees are payable


(1) In a case falling within Regulation 2(a), the fee shall be payable to the Secretary of State.
(2) In a case falling within Regulation 2(b), (c), (d) or (e), the fee shall be payable to the Director.
