Laid before Parliament 9th March 1990
Coming into force 1st April 1990
The Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 75A(1), 75C(1)(c), 75D(1), (2)(b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g) and (h), (3) and (4) and 75E of the Fair Trading Act 1973 hereby makes the following Regulations:–
