# The Merger (Prenotification) Regulations 1990, Regulation 6: Withdrawal of a merger notice


A merger notice may be withdrawn by or on behalf of the person who gave the notice by a notice in writing delivered to the office of the Director (including a notice delivered by facsimile or other form of electronic transmission).
