Section 3 Further powers of Company

(1)

Schedule 1 to this Act shall have effect for the purpose of conferring further powers upon the Company.

(2)

The Company shall exercise its control over its subsidiaries so as to ensure that they do not engage in activities which the Company itself has no power to engage in.
