# Mersey Docks and Harbour Act 1992, Section 5: Amendment of 1986 Act


In the Schedule to the 1986 c. xxv.Mersey Docks and Harbour Act 1986 (provisions of Companies Act 1985 applied to Company), after the entry relating to section 186 there shall be inserted—
