Article 5 Application of the Companies Act 1985

Upon any registration of the Company under the Companies Act 1985 becoming effective, the Companies Clauses Consolidation Act 1845^f1 and the Companies Clauses Consolidation Act 1888^f2 shall not apply to the Company.
