# The Mersey Docks and Harbour Revision Order 2009, Article 6: Company’s powers


Upon the registration of the Company under the Companies Act 1985 becoming effective, and without prejudice to and in addition to the existing powers of the Company, the Company shall have the powers specified in Schedule 1.
