  "text": "Harbours, Docks, Piers And Ferries\nMade 22nd September 2009\nComing into force 30th September 2009\nThe Mersey Docks and Harbour Company has applied for a harbour revision order under section 14 of the Harbours Act 1964.\nThe Secretary of State is the appropriate Minister under subsection (7) of that section and is satisfied as mentioned in subsection (2)(b) of that section.\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by that section and now vested in him, makes the following Order:",
