# The Merseyside Passenger Transport Area (Designation) Order 1969, Article 14: Appointment and remuneration of officers and servants of the Authority


The Authority shall appoint a Secretary and may appoint such other officers and servants as they may think fit and there may be paid to the officers and servants of the Authority such remuneration as the Authority may think fit.
