# The Merseyside Passenger Transport Area (Designation) Order 1969, Article 3: Designation of the Merseyside Passenger Transport Area


The area described in Schedule 1 is hereby designated for the purposes of Part II of the Act of 1968 by the name of the Merseyside Passenger Transport Area.
