  "text": "The Merseyside Residuary Body (Winding Up) Order 1989 is amended as follows:—\n(a) in article 3(5), for the words “the special fund” there shall be substituted the words “the sums referred to in paragraphs (1) and (2)”;\n(b) in article 7(2), for the words “article 3(1)” there shall be substituted the words “article 3(2)”.",
