Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Merseyside Traffic Control System (Transfer) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 1st April 1988.

(2)

Article 3 of this Order shall come into force on 7th March 1988 and all other articles thereof shall come into force on 1st April 1988.
