  "text": "(1) This article applies to any property of a description specified in Schedule 1 to the 1986 Order acquired by the residuary body after the 1986 Order came into force and which is held by the residuary body immediately before the operative date.\n(2) All property to which this article applies shall vest in the Secretary of State.",
