  "long_title": "This Order, made in accordance with section 58(2) and (4)(a) of the Local Government Act 1972, gives effect to proposals by the Local Government Boundary Commission for Wales (“the Commission”) which reported in July 2008 on its review of part of the boundary between the county of Powys and the county borough of Merthyr Tydfil in the area of Pontsticill. The Commission report recommended a change to part of the existing boundary and also recommended a change to the boundary between the communities of Talybont-on-Usk and Llangynidr. This Order gives effect to the Commission’s recommendations without modification.",
