# The Merthyr Tydfil and Powys (Areas) Order 2009, Article 2: Interpretation


In this Order—
“the boundary map” (“y map ffiniau”) means the map marked “Map of the Merthyr Tydfil and Powys (Areas) Order 2009”, deposited in accordance with regulation 5 of the Regulations;
“the Regulations” (“y Rheoliadau”) means the Local Government Area Changes Regulations 1976.
