# The Merthyr Tydfil and Powys (Areas) Order 2009, Article 3: Changes in county, county borough and community areas and consequential changes to electoral arrangements


That part of the county of Powys falling within the community of Talybont-on-Usk and shown as hatched area “A” on the boundary map—
(a) is transferred to the county borough of Merthyr Tydfil;
(b) forms part of the community of Vaynor; and
(c) forms part of the electoral division of Vaynor.
