  "text": "In Article 25 of the Social Security (Recovery of Benefits) (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 (S.I. 1997/1183) (N.I. 12) after paragraph (6) insert—\n“(6A) The following persons must give the Department the prescribed information for the purposes of this Order—\n(a) the scheme administrator of the Diffuse Mesothelioma Payment Scheme, and\n(b) any person providing services to the scheme administrator.”",
