# Mesothelioma Act 2014, Paragraph 2


In section 47(3) of the Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008 after paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba) a payment under the Diffuse Mesothelioma Payment Scheme (for the scheme, see the Mesothelioma Act 2014);”.
